Last weekend, I finished book two of the Dinosaur Lord’s Series, The Dinosaur Knights. As the quote on the front cover states, the mythical world and plot are like a mix between Game of Thrones and Jurassic Park. The world of medieval era technology and politics with a mix of dinosaurs used as mounts and mythical beings changing the fate of mankind, basically.
I read book 1 about two weeks ago, and just got a hold of book three, the Dinosaur Princess. I decided not to finish it, however. It really just isn’t a great book. Often, I’ll choose to ignore bad parts if the good parts are enjoyable enough, but it got to me eventually. There was a horrible thing that happened to the princess, and I guess we were kind of rooting for her to kill the bad guy eventually.
